My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to all main tourist attractions, making it easy for us to walk around. The service was a mix of rude behavior from one staff member and exceptional service from others. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, were extremely noisy, small, and located on the top floor without an elevator, which was quite a challenge. Dining was really nice with a good variety, but the facilities left something to be desired.
